Shipping policy

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, please be aware that depending on the shipping destination, your package may experience delivery delays. FedEx and USPS have both been impacted by the pandemic and shipping times have been slower than usual. Please contact us if you have further concerns.

Missouri warehouse In-Stock shipping items will be sent out between 7-14 Business days of order being paid and items should be received within 3-4 business days of shipping. 

Out-of-state warehouse shipping items will be sent out between 5-7 Business days of order being paid. Items should be received within 3-4 business days of shipping.

Please note, both Missouri and out-of-state items may specify a different processing and/or shipping time in description.

When your order is ready to ship, you should receive tracking information to the email or sms on file. If you do not, please click on the chat button in the lower right hand corner of the website or email us at info@brookemartininc.shop to request tracking info.

General Information

Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.

If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.

We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.

Our shipping options for shipping within the U.S. are as follows. Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.

Free standard shipping with estimated delivery within 6 business days.

Orders unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package that are returned to us will be processed as a return and a gift card for the order amount will be issued to the email used for the original purchase, less any restocking or shipping expenses.

**Note to Local VIP Customers* Since we now have multiple warehouses, some of which are not local, you may come across an order in which you have items that are available for local pickup or shipping and/or items that can ONLY be shipped. In that case, it will prompt all of your items to be set for shipping. If you would like to have some items picked up you will need to place 2 separate orders. Items located at different facilities will not be able to be processed all together and none of the items located at our out of state warehouse will be available for pickup.
