If you request a refund on an item and you have any outstanding invoices, the amount will be applied to said invoices first, then refund amount above that will be refunded as a store credit ONLY. You will be emailed with a Gift Card Code to use on any future purchases.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping for any returned/exchanged items. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
